The pic shows Jason Subik, Gazette reporter and WCSS (1490 AM and 106.9 FM) talker, on whose radio show I'll be yakking at about 9:40 this morning. I used to be a semi-regular on Talk 1300 when Jim Franco had a show there, and I think this will be my third appearance on WCSS for Jason.
The subject is the recent blog post here about the John Faso-Antonio Delgado congressional race, and how Faso is making the same mistake Jim Tedisco did in his losing race for Congress in 2009.
Re Tedisco, I see he is the only Republican Senate candidate endorsed by the Albany Times Union's editorial page this morning, because "his stance has evolved on key issues." That, according to the TU, includes switching positions to break with his Republican colleagues and endorse the Reproductive Health Act. Since I endorsed Faso in the prior post, I will go bipartisan here to say I will never vote for Tedisco again, after this betrayal of his supposed principles.
UPDATE NOV. 4
Tedisco says the TU got it wrong and he remains pro-life, so he did not betray his principles.
