I've never been a big fan of Twitter, or of haiku for that matter, but the routinely comical secrecy of the state's Joint Commission on Public Ethics is enough to make anyone reconsider modern and ancient modes of communication. Or, as the Twitter feed of New York Times Albany Bureau Chief Danny Hakim puts it: "To recap, the ethics commish just had about a one minute public session and said they are investigating something.
