Yes, it is unfortunate that the Catholic Charities of Boston felt that clinging to bigotry was more important to them than helping kids. It's sad that the Church has never had a problem being homophobic in preventing orphans from getting two loving, caring parents of the same gender. But that judgmentalism magically didn't apply when it really should have: in dealing with pedophile priests. And of course it's really the kids who get screwed in both cases.

Yes, that's just terrific for a child to grow up with two dads and no mother, apart from the fact that it's completely antithetic to every law of nature and common sense. Shame on the Church! The state needs to set them straight, or in this case gay.
