A late, brief tribute to Sisa Moyo, who died last month at 47. The cause of death was not immediately clear, but I hear may be lupus, the disease which killed the fiction writer Flannery O'Connor at 39. Sisa, longtime spokeswoman for the New York State Assembly majority, combined professionalism, toughness and sweetness of character to a degree by no means standard in her or any profession. RIP.
