A few minutes ago, at 11:21 p.m., I got an emailed press release from the governor's office saying "Governor Cuomo and CSEA President Danny Donohue announce CSEA contract ratification". I can't link to it because it's not on the governor's Web site yet, and I can't even find any news stories.
Like or agree with him or not, there's no denying Gov. Andrew Cuomo has had an extraordinarily successful first year (so far). He can't keep it up, but he doesn't have to.
