This crime and another incident at the same location two weeks ago in which a man was attacked and beaten by a gang of teenagers, took place, ironically, a couple doors down from the SUNY-owned building where Tom Constantine drew up the blueprint for the Leadership Institute for Law Enforcement Executives ten years ago. Is nothing sacred?
