The office of Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is apparently going to appeal a Schenectady city judge ruling that tossed out criminal charges against three officers who allegedly failed to fill out a form or turn on a camera. This comes just a week after the AG signed off on a deal that lets the drug-dealing former police chief serve less than two years in prison. Ever wonder why street cops may think the system is rigged, that there's precious little justice in it? Cuomo is one more exhibit in that case.
I agree. Let's get those cops back on the streets already!
